Thomas Partey, a Ghanaian international and Villarreal midfielder, has been charged with two further charges of rape by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in the United Kingdom.
The 32-year-old former Arsenal footballer is now facing claims against a fourth lady in total.
The latest accusations stem from alleged acts committed in 2020, which were initially reported to police in August 2025 following a separate Metropolitan Police investigation.
Partey, who earlier pled not guilty to five charges of rape and one count of sexual assault involving three women, is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, March 13, 2026, for the first hearing on the new claims.
The initial charges, approved in July 2025, relate to alleged crimes that occurred between 2021 and 2022. Partey denied all charges when he appeared at Southwark Crown Court in September last year.

His trial for these offenses is set to commence on November 2, 2026. Partey left Arsenal as a free agent at the end of June 2025, shortly after the original allegations were made public, and later joined Spanish La Liga club Villarreal on a deal with an option to extend.
He is still on conditional bail, which permits him to continue his professional football career. The bail restrictions compel him to notify authorities of any overseas trip at least 24 hours in advance and to avoid communication with the complainants.
Partey remains an important member of the Black Stars squad, as Ghana prepares to face England in the group stages of the FIFA World Cup in the United States on June 23.
The Black Stars midfielder has not spoken publicly about the current happenings.
